After graduation, I became a career Army Non-Commissioned Officer. I served 2 1/2 Years in Viet Nam and served in various country's all over the world! The last 3 years of my Army career was spent in Alaska, Fairbanks to be exact! I was in Army Aviation running a Helicoptor repair shop and flying all over that great state. Cool flight, to fly the Oil pipeline.

I returned to the "Lower 48" as they call it and moved to Austin, Texas were my wife is from. I moved back to Michigan in 1990 and started doing what my Father and my Grandfather did for a living, drive truck. My son Al also drives truck at the same place I work. I guess its in our genes. I know my Jeans see a lot of truck driving!

I am quite political, and love to write letters to the editor. They only allow one a month (darn), or I would be in there more. The gal at the New-Review calls and has me pick just one of the many. This is all due to being able to e-mail. I have discovered computors in my old age! I am teaching myself, which explains alot!!

I am also a sucker for puppies. I have 4 dogs of very dubious ancestry, although, one is definitely a Dachshund. I wouldn't be able to attend this reunion, as I have an out of town commitment.

By the way, I'd like to tell everyone that one of my dearest friends, is Mr. Steffens who taught Metal and electronic shops at PHS and retired from there. His wife B.J. and mine worked together, and we have become fast friends. Bill is doing well, although his eye sight is failing. He is a fascinating guy to talk to and loves to visit.

Anyways that's, that! Any questions?

P.S. wheres the Spell check on this darn page????
